Purpose and Scope The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for all commercial duties on a number of projects from point of award through to final account. Commercial Duties Complete monthly applications for payment accurately and in a timely manner. Monitor project costs, track expenditures and prepare cost reports in line with valuation processes. Provide early quotations to clients for variations, ensuring that only those that are commercially agreed are completed by the production team.
