This is an excellent opportunity to work on one of the UK''s most significant construction programmes, managing the cost and contract management aspects of work packages from initiation through to close-out. Key Responsibilities: Administer contractual terms and conditions for suppliers and sub-contractors Administer incentivisation arrangements as appropriate Support the assessment of the package and compensation events Provide regular cash flow forecasts of expenditure for the package Report expenditure against the package budget on a monthly basis Contribute to the monthly consolidated project-wide cost/expenditure report Assess potential contractor and supplier claims and make recommendations for settlement Finalise contractor accounts and close out contracts for the project Support the audit team with defined cost auditing as required, and audit of the final account pack Raise consultant, supplier or contractor instructio...
