      <description>Location: City of London | Salary: &amp;pound;50000 - &amp;pound;60000/annum | Type: Permanent | Quantity Surveyor    Location:  Euston, London   Salary:  Up to -60,000 + Benefits   Working Pattern:  Hybrid (4 days office / 1 day WFH)  Our client, a leading main contractor delivering major infrastructure projects across the UK, is seeking a  Quantity Surveyor  to join their team working on the  HS2 Utilities Programme  based in  Euston, London .   Experience working under NEC contracts is essential.    Key Responsibilities    Administer subcontract and supplier contracts in accordance with contractual requirements.  Support the management and assessment of Early Warning Notices (EWNs) and Compensation Events.  Assist with the monthly valuation and payment process for subcontractors.  Produce accurate cost reports, forecasts and expenditure updates.  Monitor project costs against budgets and target costs.  Support the preparation of cash flow forecasts and financial reporting.  Assist with change management processes and assess the commercial impact of project changes.  Review project instructions and identify associated cost implications.
