This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Quantity Surveyor with a strong MEP/mechanical background looking to take ownership of project costs from initial estimating through to completion. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets and forecasts. Monitor project expenditure and identify cost variances. Implement effective cost-control measures. Manage procurement and support contract negotiations. Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers and Contractors. Carry out regular site visits to assess progress and verify quantities.
