They're now looking to add an experienced Quantity Surveyor to their commercial team, working closely with an experienced Senior QS and taking genuine ownership of their own workload. What will you be working on You'll be involved in a range of planned maintenance and refurbishment programmes across Social Housing, including: Roofing Windows & Doors Kitchens & Bathrooms Retrofit Voids General Planned Maintenance You'll have genuine commercial responsibility for your contracts, working closely with the operational team from valuation through to final account.
