The business delivers a wide range of façade projects across the UK, covering recladding, external wall insulation (EWI), façade refurbishment and new-build schemes. The work ranges from high-rise external refurbishment and building safety remediation through to large-scale residential retrofit and new-build developments. This is an opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to take genuine commercial ownership of projects within a specialist environment, working closely with operations, clients, subcontractors and supply chain partners. The Role As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the commercial management of projects from procurement through to final account, including: Managing project costs, budgets, forecasts and financial performance.
