As Quantity Surveyor Key Responsibilities Manage project costs, budgets, cash flow and profitability. Procure and manage subcontractors, materials and plant orders. Negotiate and agree contract variations with clients and suppliers. Measure, value and monitor completed work, payments and invoicing. Identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks. Build strong relationships with clients, contractors and the wider supply chain. Monitor project performance and support successful project delivery.
