Rate: £300–£320 per day
Duration: 6 Weeks
Start: Immediate

An experienced Quantity Surveyor is required on a temporary freelance basis to support the completion of two live construction projects in Kent.

This is a 6-week contract suited to a hands-on QS who can step in quickly, provide commercial support, and help drive both schemes through final stages and close out.

The Role:

• Manage final accounts and project close-out activities
• Review and agree subcontractor valuations and variations
• Support cost reporting and commercial forecasting
• Assist with contract administration and risk management
• Work closely with site and project teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Help ensure projects are completed on programme and within budget

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction
• Strong final accounts and project close-out experience
• Main contractor background preferred
• Ability to hit the ground running with minimal supervision
• Available immediately or at short notice
• Able to commute to sites in Kent
