Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team, working across multiple sites. As Quantity Surveyor you''ll play a key role in the commercial management of projects from pre-construction through to final account, working closely with experienced commercial and operational teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully and profitably. Projects range in value up to £55 million, predominantly within the Education and Healthcare sectors, offering excellent exposure to complex, high-profile developments. The Role Commercial management of construction projects from inception to completion. Procurement and management of subcontractor packages. Preparing valuations, cost reports and forecasts. Managing variations and change control. Assisting with the preparation and agreement of final accounts. Working closely with project teams, clients and the supply chain.
