This is an urgent requirement, and the successful candidate will be joining a busy and well-established project team delivering a high volume of planned and reactive works. The Role Working closely with operational and commercial teams, you will be responsible for the commercial management of works delivered under a Schedule of Rates framework. This is a site-based position and would suit an experienced Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable working within a fast-paced environment, managing multiple workstreams and maintaining strong relationships with both site and client teams.
