The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing costs, preparing budgets, and ensuring projects are delivered within financial parameters. Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, verify quantities, and identify potential cost overruns or savings opportunities. Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and clients to negotiate costs, procurement schedules, and contractual terms. Prepare tender documentation, analyse bids, and recommend the most suitable contractors based on value for money. Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions related to projects, including variations and change orders.
