The ideal candidate will have:
- Consultancy or client-side Quantity Surveying experience
- Strong knowledge of NEC and/or JCT contracts
- Experience in cost management, procurement and contract administration
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- MRICS status (or working towards it) would be advantageous
- Full UK driving licence
