This is a large, high value steel frame scheme forming part of a wider pipeline of major projects across the North West.Your role will include:Full commercial management of the project from start to final account procurement of subcontract packages and management of supply chain performance.Cost reporting, valuations, change control and forecastingWorking closely with the Project Manager to ensure contract and programme complianceSupporting the wider commercial team on future tenders and regional growth plansThis is a role suited to someone who enjoys autonomy, technical challenge and working on major projects with long-term local work.What you''ll need to succeedExperience as a ..... full job details .....
