Delivering residential, infrastructure and commercial schemes, they have built long-standing relationships with developers and repeat clients through consistent, high-quality delivery. With a strong order book and a pipeline of secured residential groundwork projects, the business is continuing to expand and is looking to strengthen its commercial team. The Opportunity Due to sustained growth, the company is looking to appoint both Quantity Surveyors and Senior Quantity Surveyors to support the commercial delivery of multiple groundwork and civil engineering schemes across the region. You ll be reporting into the Commercial Director, working closely with operational teams and playing a key role in project delivery from procurement through to final account. Quantity Surveyor level: Ideal for someone looking to develop their career within a supportive environment, gaining exposure across the full project lifecycle. Senior Quantity Surveyor level: Suited to an experienced professional capable of managing multiple projects independently and contributing to commercial strategy while mentoring junior staff.
