Quantity Surveyor/ Senior Quantity Surveyor

Brief Overview of Role

• The Senior Quantity Surveyor provides commercial management and contract administration support to the Project Team and Senior Leadership Team.-

• Provide support/advice to the Project Team team on the day-to-day commercial risks and associated issues that arise during the cycle of the project.

• Ensure compliance with Company commercial and/or contracts policies and or procedures.

Key Requirements

• A formal qualification in Quantity Surveying (desirable).

• Relevant professional accreditation (desirable).

• Demonstrable experience in similar role within the construction industry (min. 3 years).

Salary: -80k100k-+ Car allowance

5 day week/9 day fortnight-
