They are seeking a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join them on a full-time, permanent basis. The role will involve commercial management of multiple live projects ranging from -1m to -15m, depending on complexity. You will be responsible for overseeing cost control, subcontractor management, valuations and commercial reporting across several sites, with regular travel across London and occasional visits to the Borehamwood office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and well-backed business group with a turnover in excess of -175m and a strong pipeline of secured work.
