Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor - Civils and Infrastructure An established civil engineering contractor is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to support a growing portfolio of infrastructure, highways and civil engineering projects across South Wales. With a strong pipeline of secured work and further projects expected to commence in the near future, this is an excellent opportunity to join a successful business offering genuine responsibility, project ownership and long-term career progression. The Role Commercial management of multiple civils, highways and infrastructure projects Administration of NEC4 contracts, particularly Options A and B Preparation and submission of applications for payment Management of compensation events and change control Procurement and management of subcontractors and suppliers Management of subcontract accounts through to final account CVR preparation, forecasting and monthly reporting Cost management and commercial reporting Liaising with operational teams, clients and stakeholders throughout project delivery Supporting tendering and pre-construction activities where required The Person Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering, highways or infrastructure Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts, ideally NEC4 Experience ..... full job details .....
