Quantity Surveyor

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a chartered, independent cost consultancy working on diverse projects across East Anglia and the South East.As a Quantity Surveyor, you''ll take ownership of important cost management services across residential, commercial, education, healthcare, infrastructure and major civils projects for prestigious clients including developers and public bodies.You''ll be: Managing cost planning, tender documentation and procurement processesLeading post-contract cost management including valuations and variationsPreparing final accounts and value engineering exercisesActing as primary point of contact with clients, design teams and contractorsMentoring junior team members and Assistant QSsManaging multiple projects simultaneously You''ll need: Degree in Quantity Surveying (MRICS preferred or working towards chartership)Proven experience in quantity surveying or cost consultancyStrong knowledge of NEC and JCT contract formsExcellent numerical, analytical and communication skillsProficient in measurement and cost planning softwareAbility to manage client relationships and deliver projects independentlyFull UK driving licence What''s on offer: Competitive salarySupport towards RICS chartership (if required)Continued professional development opportunitiesWork on high-quality projects across multiple sectorsCollaborative team environment with experienced professionalsCareer progression within a growing ..... full job details .....
