Qualifications & Experience Required for a Commercial Quantity Surveyor: Minimum 5 years'' experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the Fire & Security, Electrical, or MEP sectors A solid understanding of JCT contracts Previously lead complex projects from pre-start to final account A solid understanding of H & S, CDM regulations and project compliance requirements...
