Quantity Surveyor
Role Responsibilities Deliver a diverse range of Fire and Security / ELV services across high-rise new build projects and occupied residential developmentsExperience within high-rise residential new builds and occupied housing environmentsLead complex projects from pre-start to final accountStrong working knowledge of JCT contracts and full commercial lifecycle: valuations, variations, payment applications, final accounts, notices, and contractual correspondence and complianceAble to independently manage cost control, PandL reporting, cash flow forecasting, and commercial administrationExperience coordinating procurement and overseeing subcontractor and supply chain performanceA solid understanding of health and safety, CDM regulations, and project compliance requirementsAdhoc duties as required.Qualifications and Experience Required for a Commercial Quantity Surveyor: Minimum 5 years'' experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the Fire and Security, Electrical, or MEP sectorsA solid understanding of JCT contractsPreviously lead complex projects from pre-start to final accountA solid understanding of H and S, CDM regulations and project compliance requirementsProficient user of MS Office Suite especially Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio) and familiar with project/CRM platformsWhat we offer: Immediate start on high-profile, ongoing projects across London and the South East Clear scope of work and direct communication with decision-makers Professional and well-structured ..... full job details .....
