The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join a growing construction consultancy based in Central London. Working across a portfolio of prestigious commercial and high-end residential developments, you will provide full quantity surveying services from project inception through to completion.

Key Responsibilities
* Delivering pre and post-contract quantity surveying services.
* Cost planning, budgeting, and estimating throughout all project stages.
* Preparing tender documentation and managing procurement processes.
* Contract administration and commercial management.
* Producing valuations, cost reports, and managing variations.
* Identifying and mitigating commercial risks.
* Providing value engineering advice to clients and project teams.
* Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted commercial advisor.
* Supporting the successful commercial delivery of projects from inception through to completion.
Requirements
* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
* Previous experience working within a consultancy environment.
* Proven experience delivering commercial and/or high-end residential projects.
* Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* A proactive and professional approach to project delivery.
Desirable
* Experience working under NEC forms of contract.
* Previous experience working with a Tier 1 contractor or consultancy.
* Experience across multiple project sectors and procurement routes.
* Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
