What You ll Be Doing (The Role) Managing the full commercial lifecycle of projects from procurement through to final account Working closely with project managers and site teams to monitor progress and control costs Preparing cost plans, bills of quantities, variations, and valuations Managing subcontractor procurement and overseeing payment applications Supporting tenders and client liaison for new opportunities Ensuring financial reporting is accurate, timely, and aligned to project goals About You Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in high end developments and refurbishments Comfortable working on multiple projects with values typically up to £5m Strong understanding of cost control, valuations, variations, and contract admin Confident communicator who builds positive relationships with ..... full job details .....
