You’ll play a key role in ensuring projects are commercially successful, while developing your career in a business that invests in its people. What You’ll Be Doing (The Role) Prepare budgets and manage target costs to achieve agreed profit margins. Lead subcontractor procurement, managing packages to programme. Oversee valuations, applications for payment, claims, and final accounts. Manage client-side cost reporting and contractual correspondence. Prepare financial forecasts, monthly reconciliations, and commercial reports. Provide advice and input into value engineering exercises. Contribute to contractual claims and insurance reports.
