Working as part of the Commercial team, you will be responsible for managing and controlling the commercial and financial aspects of projects, working closely with design, procurement, site teams, clients and the supply chain to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget. This role would suit a commercially minded Quantity Surveyor looking to develop their career within the roofing, cladding or external envelope sector. Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage applications for payment, variations and supporting documentation. Produce regular cost reports, financial reconciliations and forecasts.
