      <description>Location: Trafford Park | Salary: 40000.00-40000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | About youYou are probably at the stage of your career where you have built a solid foundation as a Quantity Surveyor and now want a role where you can take on more responsibility, work on interesting projects and continue developing your commercial skills.You will ideally have a 2:1 degree and around 2 to 3 years of post university experience. More importantly, you will have experience within the fit out sector and understand the pace that comes with delivering fast moving commercial and FandB projects.You will be comfortable working across multiple projects, dealing with different stakeholders and getting involved in the detail. Experience working on projects involving MEP would also be important, as this is a regular part of the schemes you will be involved with.Your experienceYou will have experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within a fit out contractor or similar construction environment.
