You will be comfortable working on projects where programmes are tight, costs need to be closely controlled and there are multiple stakeholders to manage. You will have the commercial confidence to challenge costs, negotiate with the supply chain and make sure projects remain financially on track. This is a role for someone who enjoys being involved in the detail but can also understand the wider commercial objectives of a project and the client relationship. Experience within food retail would be highly beneficial, although experience across wider retail fit-out, refurbishment or construction environments will also be considered.
