This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially focused Quantity Surveyor with extensive ductwork experience to join a growing business and play an important role in managing the commercial performance of a range of ductwork and mechanical projects. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the ductwork industry and be confident managing projects from tender stage through to final account. Key Responsibilities Managing the commercial aspects of ductwork and mechanical projects. Preparing and reviewing valuations, applications for payment and final accounts. Managing variations, change control and additional works. Reviewing subcontractor accounts and payments. Preparing cost forecasts and monitoring project expenditure.
