Quantity Surveyor Commutable from Leatherhead and surrounding Surrey areas (Office and Site Based) £40,000 - £55,000 + Bonus + APC Support + Career Progression + Training Are you a Quantity Surveyor looking to join a close-knit consultancy where you can gain exposure to a wide range of projects and develop your career towards Chartered or Director level? This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join an established surveying consultancy in Leatherhead, working across education, healthcare, local authority and commercial projects, with genuine long-term progression opportunities. In this role, you will support projects from feasibility and cost estimates through to tender, contract administration and completion. You will work closely with the wider team, preparing specifications, tender packs and tender analysis. With that, the ideal candidate will have Quantity Surveying or Building Surveying experience, strong communication skills, specification experience and knowledge of JCT contracts.
