I'm working with a well-established civil engineering contractor that is looking to strengthen its commercial team with the appointment of a Quantity Surveyor based in Bristol.
Joining an experienced and supportive team, this role offers the opportunity to work on a range of highways and infrastructure projects while following a clear and structured pathway to Senior Quantity Surveyor.

The Role
  • Commercial management of highways and civil engineering projects.
  • Administration of NEC3 / NEC4 contracts.
  • Procurement and subcontract management.
  • Cost reporting, valuations and forecasting.
  • Working closely with an experienced commercial and operational team.

About You
  • Around 2.5-3 years' or more experience as a Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering or infrastructure.
  • Experience administering NEC3 and/or NEC4 contracts.
  • Highways experience would be advantageous.
  • Ambitious and looking to develop your career within a supportive business.
