Our client is seeking an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to become part of a collaborative commercial team, working on prestigious projects typically valued at £5 million and above. This role offers the chance to take ownership of the commercial aspects of multiple schemes, from procurement through to final account, while working in one of the UK''s most sought-after locations. The Role As Project Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful commercial delivery of a varied portfolio of construction projects. Working closely with project teams, consultants, clients and subcontractors, you''ll be responsible for maintaining financial control, managing contractual obligations and supporting projects throughout the full construction lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Manage the commercial performance of projects from pre-construction through to completion. Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams. Lead procurement activities, tender evaluations and subcontract negotiations.
