This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Quantity Surveyor to take responsibility for key commercial activities, from procurement and cost control through to financial reporting and subcontractor management. The business delivers projects across a range of sectors, including education, healthcare, commercial, retail and industrial, offering a varied workload and the opportunity to contribute to successful project delivery.The RoleWorking closely with project teams, clients and the wider supply chain, you will play a key role in protecting margins, managing costs and ensuring projects are delivered in line with their commercial objectives. Key Responsibilities Manage the commercial aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, procurement and cost control.Prepare and monitor cost forecasts, financial reports and Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs).Manage subcontractor procurement, valuations, payments and final accounts.Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, subcontractors and supply chain partners.Work collaboratively with site and project management teams to monitor progress, identify commercial risks and maximise project value.Administer contracts and support ..... full job details .....
