We’re seeking a skilled and commercially savvy Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established team delivering a variety of construction projects across the region. This role plays a pivotal part in the commercial success of each project, from procurement and budgeting to reporting and stakeholder engagement. Projects include, Education, Healthcare Services, Commercial, Retail, and Industrial Sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on budgeting, procurement, and cost management across construction projects
- Build and manage relationships within a robust supply chain
- Prepare financial reports and track project performance, including CVRs
- Support sustainability and social value initiatives, including alignment with frameworks
- Liaise with clients, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery
- Provide oversight on contractual matters and assist with dispute resolution when required
What We’re Looking For:
- Relevant Quantity Surveying qualification (degree or equivalent)
- Membership or working towards RICS (or similar professional body)
- Knowledge of NEC/JCT contracts and construction legislation
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical reporting skills
- Understanding of sustainable procurement and social value frameworks
- Familiarity with ISO-certified management systems is a plus
