Seeking an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor, to manage a large volume scheme in Dorset. Based out of the Exeter with regular travel to Dorset to attend site. Delivering mixed tenure housing across multiple sites through the south west, therefor a varied background in housing and contracting would be advantageous however sole experience in either will be strongly considered!

As Quantity Surveyor, you take commercial control of your own project, ensuring timely and accurate reporting, dealing with all elemental reconciliations and cash flow forecasts. You will manage cost control procedures, contributing to effective cash management, completing all of sub-contractor administration and identifying and managing risk of developments.

You will be an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a background in social housing. You will be knowledgeable on measurement and valuation, final accounts and sub-contract orders and buying, coupled with competency in COINS.
