About the Role

A Quantity Surveyor is required by a Cardiff-based construction consultancy to support its expanding project portfolio across Wales. Following two consecutive years of record sales and profitability, a leading Cardiff-based construction consultancy is continuing to expand and is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team.

You''ll play a key role in delivering projects from inception through to completion, working closely with clients, contractors, and colleagues across a diverse portfolio of developments throughout Wales and beyond.
££ What You''ll Be Doing:
- Managing cost consultancy services across all stages of the project lifecycle
- Preparing detailed cost plans, budgets, estimates, and feasibility reports
- Producing tender documentation and managing procurement processes
- Undertaking valuations, cost reporting, and change control management
- Administering contracts and advising clients on commercial matters
- Attending client meetings and building strong stakeholder relationships
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate
- Contributing to the successful delivery of a varied portfolio of projects
££ Who We''d Love to Hear From:
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
- Previous consultancy/private practice Quantity Surveying experience
- Experience delivering projects across a range of sectors desirable
- Strong commercial awareness and client-facing skills
- Working towards MRICS status or already chartered (preferred but not essential)
- Confident communicator with a proactive and professional approach
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment
