Quantity Surveyor - Renewable / Solar Projects

I''m currently working with a leading engineering and energy-focused organisation who are looking to bring in an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support a growing pipeline of renewable and infrastructure projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business delivering across the energy and construction sector, with exposure to a mix of commercial, operational and project-based work.

The Role

You''ll be responsible for supporting the commercial delivery of projects from pre-construction through to completion, including:

• Managing cost control, valuations and variations
• Supporting procurement and subcontractor management
• Preparing and reviewing applications for payment and final accounts
• Monitoring project performance against budgets and forecasts
• Assisting with contract administration (NEC preferred)
• Working closely with project teams to ensure commercial success

What We''re Looking For

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Assistant QS stepping up
• Background within construction, civils, infrastructure or energy
• Knowledge of commercial processes, contracts and cost management
• Exposure to NEC contracts (beneficial)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a project-driven environment
