We''re working with a well-established main contractor with a strong pipeline of work across Yorkshire, looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business known for delivering high-quality projects across a diverse portfolio including commercial, education, healthcare and residential schemes - with the backing of a strong order book and long-term growth plans.

The Role:

• Full commercial management of projects from pre-construction through to final account
• Procurement and management of subcontract packages
• Cost reporting, valuations, and financial forecasting
• Working closely with site and project teams to ensure successful delivery

What We''re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a main contracting environment
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects or packages simultaneously
• Ideally degree qualified (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying or similar
