This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience and develop their career within a supportive and professional environment.Projects are primarily located across the East Midlands and Yorkshire, including Sheffield, Leeds, Nottingham, and surrounding areas.Key ResponsibilitiesAssisting with the preparation of cost estimates and budgetsSupporting the preparation and submission of interim valuationsAssisting with subcontractor procurement and managementMonitoring project costs and reporting on financial performanceSupporting the preparation of final accountsAssisting with contract administration and documentationLiaising with site teams, subcontractors, and clientsAbout YouDegree or HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management (or working towards)1-3 years'' experience in a Quantity Surveying or commercial supportStrong numerical and analytical skillsGood knowledge of construction ..... full job details .....
