Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects including dilapidations, commercial refurbishments, industrial developments, and office fit-outs, with project values ranging from -500k to -3m. The Role As Quantity Surveyor, you will take commercial responsibility for projects from pre-construction through to final account, ensuring financial performance is maximised whilst maintaining strong client relationships.
