Quantity Surveyor - Main Contractor | Construction

We are working with a well-established main contractor with a strong pipeline of work across Yorkshire, who are looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business with a solid reputation for delivering high-quality projects across a varied portfolio including commercial, education, healthcare and residential schemes.

The Role:

• Full commercial management of projects from pre-construction through to final account
• Procurement and management of subcontract packages
• Cost reporting, valuations, and financial forecasting
• Working closely with site and project teams to ensure successful delivery

What we''re looking for:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a main contracting environment
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects or packages simultaneously
• Ideally degree qualified (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying or similar
