Quantity Surveyor Retail Fit-Out Location: Farringdon, LondonSalary: £60,000 £65,000 + packageAn opportunity to join an established contractor working with some of the UK''s biggest retail names.4Site Recruitment is representing an established fit-out contractor delivering retail projects for major clients.They''re looking for a Quantity Surveyor with retail fit-out experience to join a team of five, with plans to grow further. This is a hands-on commercial role for someone who knows their numbers, takes ownership of their work and can keep projects commercially on track.You''ll be involved in the day-to-day commercial management of projects, with a strong focus on CVRs, cost reporting and keeping a close eye on project performance. They''re looking for someone proactive who gets things done, works well with the wider team and takes pride in their work.What they''re looking for: Previous Quantity Surveying experience within retail fit-out. Experience with COINS (preferred) Strong commercial knowledge, including CVRs and cost reporting. Experience working for a main contractor or subcontractor. A proactive approach, with the ability to manage workload and take ownership of commercial responsibilities. Someone professional, switched-on and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
