The company is currently delivering and tendering projects ranging from £50m to £300m+, including major residential developments, landmark healthcare facilities, large-scale commercial schemes and complex mixed-use regeneration projects. Your new roleDue to continued growth and a strong order book in the London area, our client is seeking an experienced QS or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their London team. You will take ownership of the commercial management of projects from procurement through to final account, working closely with project teams to maximise commercial performance and manage contractual risk.Key responsibilities will include: Managing subcontract procurement and commercial agreements Preparing valuations, forecasts, CVRs and final accounts Managing variations and change control processes Supporting value engineering and design development initiatives Maintaining commercial reporting and risk management processes Mentoring and supporting junior commercial staff Working alongside pre-construction teams during tender stages ..... full job details .....
