Quantity Surveyor (residential, healthcare, commercial)

Your new company Our client is a leading international Tier One Main contractor with a strong reputation for delivering complex, high-profile projects across the residential, healthcare, and commercial sectors. Following a series of significant project awards, the business has secured a substantial pipeline of work across London and the South East, creating opportunities for ambitious commercial professionals to join its growing team. The company is currently delivering and tendering projects ranging from 50m to 300m+, including major residential developments, landmark healthcare facilities, large-scale commercial schemes and complex mixed-use regeneration projects. Your new role Due to continued growth and a strong order book in the London area, our client is seeking an experienced QS or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their London team. You will take ownership of the commercial management of projects from procurement through to final account, working closely with project teams to maximise commercial performance and manage contractual risk.Key responsibilities will include:Managing subcontract procurement and commercial agreementsPreparing valuations, forecasts, CVRs and final accountsManaging variations and change control processesSupporting value engineering and design development initiativesMaintaining commercial reporting and risk management processesMentoring and supporting junior commercial staffWorking alongside pre-construction teams during tender stagesYou''ll ..... full job details .....
