You will take ownership of several live residential sites, overseeing the full commercial lifecycle from procurement to final account.Key Responsibilities As a Quantity Surveyor, you will: Manage all commercial aspects of residential projects from pre-construction through to completion. Prepare bills of quantities, cost plans, tender packages, and procurement schedules. Manage subcontract procurement, negotiation, and appointment. Administer contracts, variations, payments, and valuations in line with company processes. Monitor project costs, budgets, and forecasts, providing accurate monthly reporting. Conduct site visits, attend progress meetings, and liaise closely with operational teams. Identify value engineering opportunities and contribute to buildability discussions.
