Our client is a specialist on External Wall Insulation projects so the role would suit a surveyor with specific experience in this sector. The role would consist of reviewing tender documents and completing a pricing schedule/BOQ for the project Key Responsibilities Commercial Control : review tender documents and complete a pricing schedule Risk Mitigation : Identify commercial risks and protect profit margins on retrofit schemes. Requirements & Skills EWI Knowledge : Direct experience with External Wall Insulation systems, retrofit, and fabric improvements. Contract Acumen : Familiarity with standard forms of contract used in UK housing and construction. Independent Work : Strong ability to manage setting up the project-digitally without direct supervision.- Experience : Experience as a QS on EWI contracts.
