With a proven track record of delivering high-quality work on time and within budget, their clients are predominantly based in the Central Belt of Scotland.Quantity Surveyor Role:We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager, the successful Quantity Surveyor will play a critical role in managing costs, contracts, financial control, and identifying and mitigating project risks to ensure successful project delivery.Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for projects.Manage all aspects of contracts, including negotiation, administration, and monitoring compliance.Track project expenditures, prepare valuation reports, and ensure accurate financial reporting.Identify potential financial risks and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard project profitability.Maintain effective communication with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
