The business delivers £1m-£10m shell and core projects across the commercial, industrial and data sectors, taking schemes from groundworks through to handover for MandE installation. This is an opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor who wants ownership of their projects and enjoys working closely with the people delivering them on site. The Role - What You''ll Be Doing Based from the Radlett office, with visits to sites across the South East, you''ll manage the commercial side of projects from tender through to final account. Key responsibilities include: Procurement: tendering subcontract packages, reviewing quotes and negotiating orders Cost management: valuations, payment applications, variations and cost control Commercial reporting: CVRs, forecasting and regular project updates Contract administration: managing JCT contracts, particularly Design and Build, through to final account Project collaboration: working with site teams, subcontractors...
