The role
You''ll be the Project QS across a mix of complex central London schemes, working closely with the project teams and reporting into the Commercial Director. You''ll run the commercial side from start to finish:

• Valuations, applications and cost reporting (CVRs)
• Subcontractor procurement, orders and final accounts
• Change control, variations and early warnings on temporary works and design changes
• Managing margin on multiple projects at the same time

What you need

• QS experience with a main contractor or specialist subcontractor (not consultancy only)
• A background in substructure, basements, demolition or frame packages
• Confidence handling the commercial side of temporary works and complex sequencing
• The right to work in the UK

The package

• Permanent: £75,000 - £85,000+ depending on experience, plus 26 days'' holiday, 5% pension, healthcare and travel allowance
• Contract: £400/day outside IR35, paid via payroll company
