This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor who wants genuine project ownership while still having the support of an experienced Commercial Director. Based between the company''s Vauxhall office and Deptford project, you will manage the scheme commercially from procurement through to final account, working closely with the wider construction and design teams. With a strong pipeline of residential developments across London and the South East, there is also excellent long-term scope to progress into a Senior Quantity Surveyor and commercial management position. The RoleAs Project Quantity Surveyor, you will take day-to-day commercial responsibility for the project, including: Managing subcontractor procurement from tender through to appointment Preparing tender documentation and analysing subcontractor returns Managing valuations, variations and subcontractor payments Producing cost reports, forecasts and cash-flow information Monitoring project budgets and identifying commercial risks and opportunities Managing change control and ..... full job details .....
