Quantity Surveyor - FacadesLocation: Basildon, EssexSalary: £50,000 - £65,000 + PackageSector: Facades / Building Envelope An established specialist façade contractor is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join its growing commercial team. The business delivers façade and external envelope packages across London and the South East, working on a variety of residential and commercial developments. With a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking for a Quantity Surveyor who can take commercial responsibility for their own projects while working alongside an experienced commercial and operational team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with specialist subcontracting experience who wants to join a stable and growing business, work on technically interesting façade projects and continue progressing their commercial career. The Role As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day commercial management of façade projects, typically from procurement through to final account. You will work closely with the project and contracts teams to ensure projects are commercially controlled, variations are captured and strong relationships are maintained with clients and the supply chain.
