The business offers long-term career progression, a supportive management team, and exposure to a varied portfolio of prestigious projects.About the Role What You''ll Be DoingWorking from the Vauxhall office, you''ll manage the commercial aspects of painting, decorating, specialist coatings, and finishes projects across London and the South East. You will: Manage project costs from tender handover through to final account Prepare, submit, and negotiate interim valuations Identify, price, and agree variations Manage subcontractor procurement, payments, and accounts Monitor project profitability and cost reporting Prepare monthly CVRs and commercial forecasts Support project teams with contractual and commercial matters Work closely with clients, site teams, and senior management to maximise ..... full job details .....
